Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Priority Mail (2 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1 business day) 


We do hope you love your Hooray Socks! If, however, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items within 30 days of original purchase. Items bought from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept/pop-up store. To receive a refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tagging. To return a purchase and receive a refund, please follow these instructions:

  1. Print a copy of your online proof of purchase (receipt) with the order number and include it with the merchandise you are returning. Ensure all the information is legible so that we can process your request.
  2. Mail the unused merchandise (with original tagging intact) and the printed proof of purchase (receipt) to Hooray Sock Company 530 Alameda del Prado, #C236, Novato, CA 94949. Please note that for all returns, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping charges and to ship the product.

For any returns after thirty (30) days, we offer a credit towards other future merchandise purchases.



You can also exchange any product that is in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase as long as you ship it to us and it is received by us within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. The exchange would be good for a product of equal or lesser value. An exchange is only available for products purchased on our Site. Any difference in the price paid for the original merchandise versus the retail price of the replacement merchandise will be refunded to you.

For all exchanges, it is your responsibility to pay for all shipping charges and to ship the product to Hooray Sock Company 530 Alameda del Prado, #C236, Novato, CA 94949. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges which do not arrive at our office.
