If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that items purchased from our online store cannot be returned or exchanged in a retail or concept/pop-up store. If you've purchased our product(s) from a retailer and wish to return them, please contact the retailer directly. To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with the original tags attached.
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these instructions:
- Email a copy of your online proof of purchase (receipt) along with the order number to email@example.com, and let us know the reason for your return.
- Mail the unused merchandise, with the original tags still attached, and the printed proof of purchase (receipt) to Hooray Sock Company at 530 Alameda del Prado, #C236, Novato, CA 94949. Please be aware that for all returns, you are responsible for covering the shipping charges and for shipping the product back to us.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
