Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

Free Standard Shipping on orders $50 and over (3-5 business days via USPS First Class Package)

For orders under $50: • Standard Shipping - $4.95 (3-5 business days via USPS First Class Package) • Priority Mail - $8.95 (2-3 business days) • Priority Mail Express - $24.95 (1-2 business days)

Delivery timeframes and costs are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times and costs may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS services.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@hooraysocks.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
