Since we launched Hooray in 2017, we’ve never raised our prices and we’ve worked hard to keep it that way.
Recently though, newly expanded U.S. tariffs (part of the Trump administration’s "trade policy") have increased costs across much of the global supply chain — including on goods from South Korea and Japan, where our socks are made. Combined with rising production and shipping costs, it’s become more difficult to absorb those changes without adjusting our pricing.
Like so many other small businesses, we’ll be increasing our prices over the next few months as new shipments arrive. This small change will allow us to keep making socks with the same quality, detail, and design you’ve come to expect from Hooray.
We know raising prices sucks — and we’re truly trying to keep this to a minimum. We deeply appreciate your continued support. Small brands like ours exist because of customers like you — and we’re grateful you’re with us on this adventure.
